Salon Policy

Booking

Regular clients are advised to book their appointments in advance.
Removal must always be booked at the time of the manicure/pedicure if you have shellac or gel polish on your nails.
Removal is a service that requires approximately 15 minutes of work and products to be included in the total time and cost of the appointment. In this way you help me to provide the services you require in the best possible way, maintain the flow of the working day without delays and avoid surprises in the cost.
You will find it as a combination service in the service menu under the categories Manicure and Pedicure. You will see it as : Shellac/gellac removal + manicure or pedicure of your choice.
For example, if you already have gel polish on your nails and would like a manicure with gel polish, you should book Shellac/cellulose polish removal + manicure with gel polish.
When booking your appointments, please make sure you book the correct services as most of you book online. If you are not sure, don't hesitate to ask me!

Refunds

by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon does not offer refunds for services purchased or received, retail products or vouchers.
Products cannot be returned if they show damage. Products on offer or products already used cannot be returned or refunded.

Gurantie

by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon offers a 3-day guarantee period.Problems with your service that are due to application, chemical or product defects may be eligible for repair or replacement.Any services that fall outside of this quality guarantee or outside of the 3-day period will be subject to additional repair charges.
This is at the discretion of Irini Nails & Waxing Salon.

Cancelation

Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment must be made 24 hours in advance.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, 50% of the reserved amount will be charged. The cancellation fee must be paid through:
  Twint (078 713 7794) or
  IBAN(CH14 8080 8003 0675 7499 4) within 24 hours of cancellation or rescheduling.
No exceptions.
If the cancellation fee is not paid, no further appointments can be made and/or already booked appointments will be cancelled.
An appointment that has been rescheduled several times will also be charged. There is no entitlement to compensation on the part of the customer.

Late Arrival

We will always do our best to accommodate you if you are running late, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your lateness can affect the rest of the day by holding up customers who arrive on time.  For this reason, we have established some general ground rules for such situations.
Customers are generally given a grace period of 10 minutes.
After this time and up to 20 minutes, clients are only entitled to treatment for the remainder of the originally agreed treatment time. by Irini Nails and Waxing Salon is entitled to charge for the full booked treatment time.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. by Irini Nails and Waxing Salon is entitled to charge 50% of the booked service.
If we are running late, we will call you as a courtesy or inform you when you arrive if we are unable to reach you by phone or text.  If you decide to reschedule for another day, we will offer you a new appointment or a credit for the salon.

No Show

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a notification is REQUIRED.
If you do not notify and do not show up for your scheduled appointment within 20 minutes, you will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
No-shows must be paid by:
   Twint (078 713 7794) or
   IBAN (CH14 8080 8003 0675 7499 4) within 24 hours of the cancelled or rescheduled appointment.

No exceptions.
Failure to pay the no-show fee will result in future appointments not being rescheduled or made and/or existing pre-booked appointments being cancelled.

Payment, vouchers and memberships

Prise

his applies to nail enhancements.
Services will not be provided to clients whose nails have already been treated with products by another nail technician.
All clients are requested to arrive for their services with bare nails or previously applied products from by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon. In other cases, clients should book gel/acrylic removal + the requested service. Otherwise they will be refused the appointment
REASON: We do not know how well the natural nails have been prepared before application.  We do not want our name attached to it. If these nails chip due to poor preparation or crumble due to waste products, we will not fix it or take the blame. When the customer goes around telling people that they are wearing our nails, they have to wear our product that has been shaped and finished our way.

At by Irini Nails and Waxing Salon you can pay by cash, Twint, credit card or e-banking.

Vouchers are personal and cannot be transferred to others. Vouchers have an expiry date to do with the type and amount of the voucher, between 3 and 12 months from the date of issue.No refunds. No exceptions.

by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon prices and packages are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise agreed, the current prices at the time of the appointment apply.

General

by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to valuables such as jewellery, clothing, money, etc. You are solely responsible for your own belongings.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is behaving inappropriately, is intoxicated or whose health condition may affect the effect of the service.
For your comfort and safety, please inform us if you have any allergies, physical problems or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or other symptoms during treatment, please notify the service provider immediately.
Gel Nails cannot be performed on anyone under the age of 16.
Gel Polish cannot be performed on anyone under the age of 15.
