Salon Policy
Bookings
Regular clients are encouraged to prebook their appointments in advance.
Removal (Entfernung) must always be booked on your Manicure/ Pedicure services when wearing a Shellac or Gel Polish colour on your nails.
Removal is a service that requires about 15 minutes work and products that need to be calculated in the total duration and cost of the appointment. This way you help me provide the services of your wish the best way possible, keep the flow of the working day without delays and avoid surprises in the charges.
You can find it as a combination service listed in the service menu on both Manicure and Pedicure categories. You will see it as : Shellac/Gellack Entfernung(Removal) + Manicure or Pedicure of you wish
For example, if you are wearing already gel polish on your nails and you want a Gel Polish Manicure then you should book Shellac/ Gellack Entfernung (Removal) + Manicure with Gellack.
So please be very careful to book the right services needed, when booking your appointments as most of you are booking online. If you are not sure, do not hesitate to ask me!
Refunds
by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon does not provide refunds for any service, retail product or Voucher purchased or recieved.
Products cannot be returned back if they show damage. Products on offer or products already used cannot be returned or refunded.
Guarantee
by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon provides a 3-day guarantee period.
Issues with your service determined to be application, chemistry, or product error may qualify for repair or replacement.
All services determined to fall outside these quality guarantees or outside the 3-day timeframe will be subject to additional repair charges.

Cancellation
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment requires 24-hours notice.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Cancellation fee must be paid through:

IBAN(CH14 8080 8003 0675 7499 4) within 24-hours of the cancelled or rescheduled appointment.
No exceptions.
Failure to provide payment of the Cancellation Fee will result in the inability to reschedule or schedule future appointments and/or cancellation of existing prebooked appointments.
An appointment that is postponed several times will also be charged. There is no claim for compensation on the part of the customer.
Late Arrival
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of the day by delaying the clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations.
Clients will generally be allowed a 10 minute grace period.
After that time and up to20 minutes a claim for treatment exists only for the remaining time of the originally agreed treatment duration. by Irini Nails and Waxing Salon is entitled to charge the full booked treatment time.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. by Irini Nails and Waxing Salon is entitled to charge 50% of the service booked.
If I am running behind I will provide a courtesy call or inform you when you arrive, if I cannot reach you on the phone or text message. If you decide to reschedule for another day I will provide a courtesy reschedule or salon credit.
No Show
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment notification is REQUIRED.
If you do not provide notification and do not arrive to your scheduled appointment time within 20-minutes you will be considered a no-show.
No-shows will result in the charge of 100% of the service booked.
No shows must be paid through:

Other Nail Specialists Work
This applies to nail enhancements.
Services will not be performed on clients with existing product applied to their nails from another Nail Technician.
All clients are asked to attend their service(s) with bare nails or previous applied product from by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon. In other case clients should book Gel/ Acrylic Removal + the service of their wish. Otherwise they will be denied the appointment
REASON: We do not know how well the natural nails were prepped prior to application. We don’t want our name attached to it. If those nails pop off due to bad prep or crumble due to garbage product, we are not fixing it or taking the blame for it. If the client is going to walk around telling people they’re wearing our nails, they need to be wearing our product, sculpted and finished our way.
Payment, Vouchers and Memberships
At by Irini Nails and Waxing Salon you can pay cash, by Twint, credit card or e- banking
Vouchers are personal and can’t be transferred to someone else. Vouchers have an expiration date which has to do with the type and the amount of the voucher and it goes between 3- 12 months of the date they were issued. No refunds. No exceptions.
Prices
General
Prices and packages of by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon are subject to change at any time. Unless otherwise agreed, the prices applied are the current prices at the time of the appointment..
In case of loss and/or damage of valuables such as jewelry, clothes, money, etc. by Irini Nails & Waxing Salon no liability will be accepted. You are the only responsible of your own belongings.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
For your comfort and safety, please notify if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert the service provider immediately.
Gel Nails are unable to be performed to any individual under 16 - years of age.
Gel Polish is unable to be performed to any individual under 15 - years of age.
